I contacted Josh a few times to chg & confirm the time to load a moving truck; he always replied to my calls and/or texts promptly. We agreed to a 1 hr window fir arrival & Josh called to let me know when they were 10-15 minutes away. Upon arriving they quickly took inventory of what needed to be packed & then got right to work; stopping only once for a quick break.
