The 2 movers from Crocs Movers did an excellent job. They showed up on time and were prepared for the work...I have hired movers in the past and they normally do not work very hard but these guys were hard workers and self starters. I would recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

The three men had the Herculean task of unloading a 10x30 storage into a 20x7 box. The truly difficult part was the 150 yards from the storage building to where the box was allowed to be parked. That cost us a lot of unnecessary time and hard work in the Florida sun. The men worked nonstop to fill the box. I brought a cooler of water and sports drinks to help relieve them. Only two comments: not one spoke any English. Normally, there’s one who can communicate with the others. Also, they had one handcart and one four wheeler with them for three men despite the advertisement that they bring their own equipment and tools. I had two handcarts in my storage so it worked out but if I hadn’t had those, it’d been even a slower move. Over all, very satisfied with the help.

Did they show up and (mostly) pack my truck? Yes. Would I recommend them? Probably not.

The owner seemed very disorganized. Even though I called a few days before and confirmed, he still showed up on the wrong day (a day early), and HireAHelper almost cancelled my order before they realized the mover's error. Then, on the day of move-in, he called and asked if he could come early. We scrambled to accommodate, but then they didn't show up on time anyway.

They took FOREVER, which cost me extra money. The last time I moved, the company I hired moved me out of my new place and into my new place in less than 2 hours. This company took FOUR hours simply to move me out (rather than also move me in), even with an extra man. I don't know what took them so long - whenever I looked, they were mostly just standing around. And our stuff wasn't even packed that well. (Well, the furniture was packed well, but the individual boxes were just haphazard.) They were unable to move the treadmill, even though that was basically why we hired them in the first place.

Overall, I'm grateful that they showed up and worked in the hot Florida sun, but I do feel like they cost too much and took too long, and the planning was a bit of disaster.

first of all if it was a confusion on my part to arrive a day before and be an hour even though they never answered our call, they never charged you anything I don't think that's a problem, second we arrived before the estimated time the dexia order of 3 pm to 4 pm and we arrived at 2:15 pm as agreed with you by phone, it should be noted that you called me yourself to tell me that you wanted one more hour because you had more things than usual, as well as I also gave you in third assistant without charging you absolutely anything for that third person, I informed you about the treadmill since your doors are smaller than usual and you notified me that your treadmill was assembled by professionals in the field since they were the same ones who sold it to you, and Nor did the work last 4 hours, as you say, it lasted 3 hours, and you were only charged the price of two assistants. You say that you did not pack well when we pack everything in the best way and you also affirm it in the comment. Besides, you gave him an extra tip for a good job.
