On August 6, 2022, two men arrived, one was an African-American and the other a Caucasian, who were going to pack my belongings into a container. I can say they were on time. They were prepared to work, but one of them, a Caucasian, tall young man, showed no respect for my goods, which I was not happy about. The other man, on the other hand, had a good packing experience, was organized and knew what he was doing. But at the very end of packing, they both rushed for some unknown reason, they should have been for 4 hours, but after 2 hours they had already left, leaving a mess in the last things they packed. For that reason, I had a lot of furniture left on the side which I was really not happy about. So after they left, I started putting out a lot of things from the container, stacked them up and packed everything back with what I had left on the side.

They were prompt and on time. They tried to save me money along the way, packed my moving truck to the brim. Some of my item were damaged during the move though.

They didn’t give an accurate quote. My actual price was double what the initial price was thought to be. The movers said this happens all the time when they go through hire a helper.

Eliseo and Bryan from the Bell Gardens, CA, location showed up promptly at my place and were very respectful and friendly. After doing a quick overview of our items and location, they were able to move our furniture carefully and efficiently. I will definitely recommend their company for any moves in the Los Angeles area!

The team was on time. They communicated very well. They were nice. I am disappointed that one item was broken during the process. Not sure how to get that replaced. But they made everything fit into the rental truck. And they actually finished in less than the 2 hours I requested them. Great job. Would recommend.

We offer full-service commercial and residential solutions including high-end relocation, asset management, warehousing, delivery, and FF&E installation.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you have oversized furnishings, or specific directions on any items, let your move coordinator know so they can notate these items for your crew in advance. Before the movers arrive you’ll want to make sure you’ve unplugged all appliances, defrosted the fridge and kept your plants dry for at least 48 hours.
