The workers were punctual, respectful and worked diligently. My only complaint is I wished they had used all the furniture pads I bought; I had quite a few scuff marks on my uncovered furniture from the pieces rubbing during transit across the country, with unused pads to return to Home Depot. All in all, nothing was broken, so the guys packed the containers pretty well.

Deplorable service. Arrived nearly 3 hours late for my 9am appointment. Damaged EVERY piece of furniture they touched. I had to leave the work area to get away from the advances of one worker. Taped drawers closed on antique furniture, causing damage to surfaces. Broke a wooden bed frame. Lost hardware. Failed to use furniture blankets and shrink wrap provided to them for protection of items. They didn't pack the truck well and couldn't fit everything into a 26' truck. Took 11+ hours to mostly-move a 1br apartment, then held me hostage for additional money at nearly 1am. It wasn't an easy job, and I won't say they didn't work...but they treated my belongings with zero respect and didn't complete the job. I have to go back and collect the remaining items on my own. If you care about your belongings, look elsewhere.

Mark and Travis were great - they were very friendly, communicated well about arrival times and worked dutifully the whole time, seldom pausing even for a water break (and it was 80+ outside). Their role in my move across the country was the only part that actually went smoothly.
