The two gentlemen who came to our house were very professional and went to work. It took them no time at all to unload the storage container and move into the proper room. They had a few times where they had to get inventive based on angles but met this challenge exceptionally.
The were great guys, very personable, and they not only worked hard, they knew what they were doing! Kind, easy to talk to, made great suggestions on how to pack the containers, and all in all, I'd love to have Dwight and Trey help me again if I were to ever do this again!
Good communication with the owner/boss. Movers got things done, were "on time" as in the range I was given, they were prepared as they brought their muscles but no moving straps or anything, they worked pretty hard (maybe not killed themselves), very respectful and good guys, and yes, I'd use them again.
Prompt (actually a little early, and they called first to make sure that was ok), very hard working, polite, and always checking in with me to make sure everything was going how I wanted. They were really wonderful, and I will hire them again if needed and definitely recommend them to friends/family.
Great service and communication. Marshall always answered his phone to work out timing details and pre arrival details. Matt and Aaron did the 'heavy lifting' , they are hard workers, they were very flexible and helpful.
Great job by this two-man crew from A.R.M.S. Moving. Showed up early, never stopped working, took great care with my property. Only "negative" was: during this time of COVID19, I would have preferred that they wear masks. I realize it's difficult to wear a mask when one is working or exercising, but, this is a precaution that really should be taken. Still, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
