Helpers were too slow, that wouldn't keep up with my pace. Everything was already packed they just jad to move it. They took their time because I was a lady, even the bods came and sized me up. Very discriminatory.
Then they broke my head board because they didn't help me take it apart properly. A wheel is also missing from my stand up heater. Very lazy and very careless. They also refused to listen to directions from me. I called the service and complained during the ride to our drop off location. Very disappointing, very dissatisfied. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE.
I did fill out my job inventory before service. The guy who took my call December 2nd told me he had it in front of him. Find it. Listen to the phone recording.

Nice guys. They worked hard. Only annoyances - 1 minor, they wanted to charge for 8 hours when they only worked 7.5 - "the boss doesn't do half-hours". Well, he does now.
Also, I repeatedly told them that stuff labeled Bedroom 4 goes downstairs. I guess they got tired of going downstairs because MOST of the boxes so labeled ended up in a tiny bedroom on the main floor.
But they didn't seem to break or lose anything, and that's a first for me!

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
