Showed up on time, even brought an extra guy to help. Guys showed up, walked around the house quickly to get a lay of the land and determine which items we had that were staying, which were going, and assessed the load order for the truck. Hired them for a total of 4 hours and they stayed a few minutes over that and did not charge me. Highly recommend this outfit to anyone in the area needing moving needs met!

brian called ahead several times to assure me they would be here. crew showed up on time,we did a quick review of all the stuff I had scattered about the house and what was staying then they immediately got to work function as an excellent team. I was amazed how hard they worked, heavy items did not slow them down nor did unusual sized items. they noted items I had labeled glass or china and treated them accordingly. they also noted my weight labels and packed accordingly. they worked so well together and so hard at a rapid pace that they finished earlier than expected. should I have to call on you again it would be a pleasure to have this crew or some one like them

They were held up in traffic and arrived late but called at the appointed time to explain. Then they worked quickly and professionally and finished the whole job in less time than budgeted. They treated all items carefully and packed the trailer like pros. They were polite and engaging. They will help me move out when the time comes.

I never had a good experience with movers prior to this. I expected to be disappointed , have missing items and be on the alert for theft. That was not the case, they were : easy to schedule, assisted with estimating the job, Didn't complain during the job, Packed the truck efficiently, flexible with my changing requests and didn't pessure me. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect a phone call within 24 hours to introduce ourselves and to answer any question or concerns about the process and assure them that they made a great decision in hiring ServiceQuest Moving
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover
