This company was great from the start. Shortly after I requested their service, we spoke on the phone and Brian was very friendly and professional. They were running a little bit late on the day of the move but Brian called me on my cell to let me know, which I really appreciated! They brought furniture pads, a dolly, and straps for moving heavy objects. They worked extremely hard! It was very hot outside and I had to ask them to stop and take a water break! I moved a 3 bedroom house and had already moved some boxes the weekend before, I asked for 2 movers for 3 hours. They got it done on time but in retrospect, I probably should have asked for 3 movers, so someone could pack the truck while the others moved. Brian did an amazing job at packing the truck (!) but it was so much to do in 3 hours. Overall, they were very professional and provided great service. I would use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover
