I made a reservation several weeks in advance with Brian Scott of ServiceQuest. I confirmed the date and time with him 2 days before the move. Long story short, Mr. Scott's men did not show for the move and Mr. Scott would not answer his cell phone or home phone and did not return any messages. I was forced to delay my move by a day and find another company.

I guess Mr. Scott is on a quest to discover what is the definition of service. He could start by having the professional courage to answer his phone and return messages. Then he could move on to fullfilling his commitments by honoring reservations.

There are plenty of quality companies to choose - stay away from ServiceQuest!!!

I do plan on hiring them again, but probably just because things worked out okay even though they didn't necessarily hold up their end of the deal. They arrived 30 mins late and did not bring the dollies, furniture pads, etc that they said they were going to bring. Luckily the building I lived in and the Uhaul storage place had carts to use to transport stuff. Otherwise, they were very careful with all my stuff and packed things very well. It did take them an hour or two longer than I expected, but since they were careful and didn't damage anything, I can't get too upset. Since they took longer than I originally paid for, they needed cash for those extra hours, which they didn't communicate to me ahead of time. Luckily the movers were patient and even gave me a ride to the bank to get the cash for them. They were really nice and courteous guys and I do plan on hiring them again.

Brian and his helper Brandon did an awesome job loading our uhaul. We had to reschedule last minute and he was flexible and friendly about the time change. He was professional, and obviously knows what he is doing. They loaded our truck perfectly and 5 times quicker than we ever could. I would recommend them to anyone!

GREAT SERVICE!!!! We highly recommend these guys! Very professional, courteous, efficient, and hard working!! They barely paused for anything and were very careful and vigilant with our furniture. They were also very mindful and polite when asking where to unload all our items and boxes. I don't think you will get better service anywhere else!!
