Demetrius and Darius called when they were on the way with an approximate arrival time. They introduced themselves, were polite and ready to work. They completed the job of unpacking my POD in no time, all the while being very careful of my belongings as well as the walls/door frames in my new home. I would definitely use them again and refer others to High IQ Moving.

On moving day our clients can expect us to show up on time, in uniform with a smile on our face ready to serve them and bring them one step closer to a new chapter in their life all while making it a stress free transition.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our clients should prepare for moving day by being prepared and organized. Making sure everything is packed correctly. Having the right equipment like furniture pads, ratchet straps, and etc.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is that I can be an example on what a professional moving company is and take care of our clients that had bad moving experiences.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our members with videos on how to wrap, pad, load, pack and carry furniture.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
