Wonderful crew! Dave was the leader and did a great job managing the move. They arrived on time, ready to work and respectful guys. Dave immediately got them organized
and they were faster than I expected. Would certainly recommend and use them again!

Despite receiving a confirmation for my labor-only move, the team was an hour late because they were unaware of my move. They rushed over to help unload my moving truck and instead of my 2 men for a 4-hour time slot they wanted two hours to complete the job with 4 men so they could get to their third job of the day. The 4 man team that showed up consisted of 3 teenagers who were not eager to work, nonchalant, and careless with my belongings. In the hallways of my condo and within the unit itself they hit several walls taking the paint off the walls. They dropped several boxes and overall did not seem eager to work. The team did not appear to be professional and was not what I expected. One team member even used my bathroom and left a significant odor. The lead guy tried to compensate by working harder but it was still apparent that the team was not willing to get the requested job done at the standards that they promised. I had to provide the tools for them to assemble basic furniture (bedroom sets etc), and still, there was a rush to get to the next job.
At this time, I would not recommend this company when there are much better companies out there with better pricing.
I was reluctant to finally pay at the end of the day but they did completely unload my truck.

They moved the stuff into the truck, however they were almost two hours late to their scheduled arrival time. They dropped a few boxes while going up the stairs. Two of them even catcalled my female neighbor directly to her and right in front of me. They were extremely unprofessional and I would never use their service again. Very poor experience.

John and his crew were outstanding. They packed that POD like a arubic cube! I was so impressed. Polite professional and quick. They accomplished so much in 2 hours. Amazing team!! Highly recommend them.

John and his crew showed up on time got the truck loaded in record time I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! They are very professional, polite, caring and my wife says one of the help her arrange everything better than she had planned, even with a flight of stairs these guys knew exactly what they were doing. Great service! They got there a little early and worked hard to unload and place everything from a 12ft box truck, a utility trailer and my van. Got everything done in a little less than 2 hrs. They stayed in contact and communicated very well. Would definitely used them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
