These are the professionals you want. James & co were on time, communicative prior, and efficient. They loaded a 16 foot trailer in less than 90 minutes without the need for ratchet straps. That is to say, my cargo was secured without need of mechanical means. That is attention to detail. That is..professional. I would of course hire them again should I have need. I have moved roughly 30 times in my life. My thanks to James and his crew for making this the easiest.

They called a head to let me know what time they be at my apartment. They asked direction and not drop items anywhere I like that and they did as directed also. They helped put together the bed frame which I couldn’t do alone. They were quick without damaging the items unpacked. I bought more time than necessary so be careful two guys for two just might be all you need.

They were on time and prepared for the job. They did indeed work hard and fast, no breaks! They were respectful of my property and goods and following my directions for where I wanted the different pieces of furniture, boxes, and bins moved to my 2 PODS and garage. I have used them before and for this current job, and I plan on using them again to move everything to long-distance moving PODS and trucks from the storage PODS and garage after my house is renovated to sell.

Dave and the other gentleman that was with him (I'm sorry I can't recall his name) did a terrific job! They got stuck in traffic on 565 due to an accident and Dave called to let me know what time to expect them. Boy, does he know how to pack a truck!!! My husband and I were very impressed with them. The "new" guy was not a mental giant, but a very polite, VERY hard worker. Learning fast from the veteran mover that was using "teachable moments" to train the young guy. The worked fast, handled heavy loads with ease and expertise. A dynamic duo!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
