They got there earlier than the assigned time which worked out perfectly since I was running a little early too. Moving was effortless and they did a wonderful job!

The lead person didn't allow you to help direct the efficiency of packing the truck. Thus, when the furniture arrived at the second destination; the contents had shifted and the dining room table was broken. The lead person did fix it; however, this repair ate up possible time that could have been credited to my account. Because, they were over just 6 minutes after the 5 hour mark, thus making us liable for the 6th hour, I stated we should have the movers put together furniture that needed to be reconnected to eat up The balance of the hour. The lead in my opinion was confrontational and argumentative. I told him twice I'm not going to argue with you. I requested assistance with putting together furniture and repairing the damage to the table that was broken due to the movers improperly packing the truck. They did not pack the truck in the standard way causing the items to shift dramatically during transit. The lead mover argued his position and I stated firmly to stop cutting me off and to listen to my concern fully. What's more I feel a minimum of 30 mins should be refunded due to their excessive break during the travel time between point a and b. The normal travel time is 6 minutes between locations. They left the first location at 12.26 PM. They restarted at 1:05 PM. Based on all these factors is why I rated the experience low.

They were great. They called me earlier in the day to make sure I was still on track for my unloading time. I advised them that I was ahead of schedule for they came earlier for me, which was great. They were pleasant and worked efficiently. They were reapectful of the items and treated them with care as if it were their own items. I plan on using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone else.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A client representative will contact you to discuss the specifics of your job including what size truck you have rented, and more. After the details are collected, you are entered into our system and a job confirmation email is sent from MyTee Movers to ensure we have captured the details we discussed correctly. A move reminder is sent the day before your scheduled work order that includes your assigned crew leads name & number. If you need anything before you move date, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The uniformed crew will arrive within a 30-minute window of stated arrival time to allow for traffic and construction. They will do a walk-through with you, then immediately get to work. Please notate any items you know you want wrapped with your crew lead. He is there to ensure all the services you expect, are executed seamlessly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The biggest reason for customers not being happy is that time went over and expectations. If you didn't hire us to pack you, then everything should be boxed up, sealed, labeled, and ready to move. We can dismantle and reassemble as the client wishes, realizing that these things take time and will need to be calculated into the services you are asking to receive. During your call with the client representative, be honest about what you want done. Keep in mind, we do many jobs in a day.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in residential and commercial moves, local and long-distance providing services like packing/unpacking, disassembly/assembly, loading/unloading, relocation (i.e.: new floor being put in, need items moved out of rooms), college move in/out, and senior moving program.

MyTee Movers loves to ensure our clients expectations are not only met but exceeded. We share reviews with the crews to inspire them to keep up the good work, or to improve upon our services. We love referrals and love out of the ordinary jobs! We also like that we stay in shape doing a job we love.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members regardless of experience are trained the MyTee way! From how we wrap items, to how we carry and load, packing the truck, unloading, every aspect is handled personally by the owner during training. We do not assign new trainees to 2-man jobs, but rather bring them with as a 3rd or 4th so they can learn while still being beneficial to the crew.
