They were an hour & a half late. They worked hard but the loading at the end was haphazard, i.e., stacked chairs and bed frame poking into my 3 month old mattress. We had to put cardboard between the mattress and the sharp objects. Everything near the POD door looks thrown in. They were prepared and I guess I would use them again. Nice guys.

Team worked hard. Showed up late. Were not very good at following direction. Said they would have plenty of right equipment and only had one hand truck.
We always appreciate honest reviews so we know what to work on to keep our customers happy and coming back. We always bring a two wheel dolly and a four wheel dolly unless told otherwise. Once again we appreciate the good review and hope to help you again in the future.

We were suppose to have three guys, only two showed. They really hustled to get the work done in the two hours. They were careful with our belongs, courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The two men they sent called to let me know they were running late and gave me a time they would arrive freeing me up to do some errands. The movers were friendly and courteous and they worked. They did not try to run the bill up by taking their time I couldn't believe how fast they unloaded my pod. I would use them again.

Aaron kept me up dated on their eta.; he and Jerry worked the entire 2 hours in very heavy rain, keeping everything coming the truck as dry as possible and not messing up my clean floors.

I have only good things to say about our experience with Triangle's helpers today. Truthfully, there was a minor hiccup but they handled it so nicely, so professionally it warrants mentioning to give them the praise they deserve. Excellent, professional, expedient service. Slight arrival delay due to one of the guys running late, but no big deal. Booked 4 hours with 4 movers for a 2700 sq ft home; job was completed on time and they filled 3 PODS perfectly. We will use them again for our move-in in about a month. Great job and a great team on very pleasant guys.
