The two guys worked very hard and very fast. I was very pleased with the job they did. It only took them 1:45 to fill up the truck and complete the job.
The only reason I did not give them five stars is because they were pretty arriving, but they're communication was good letting me know they would be late and what time they would arrive.
I drove 1,300 miles and the packing of the truck was done well.

NO CALL... NO SHOW!!! DO NOT USE!!! After confirming - this highly rated vendor did NOT Show Up, did not answer his phone, and when texted Replied 4 hours later that he was "closed" for a funeral. Really! Leaving me STRANDED and costing me $$$$ and refusing to respond!
We are terribly sorry for this situation as we were all caught of guard by a death in the family leaving us in shock. I could barely get dressed let alone run a business. We did try to call you and we left you 2 voice messages as we found out Wed and the funeral was Monday, you must have been busy. Just so you know I personally logged in to Hireahelper website to block Monday the 9th. Once again sorry for canceling at the last minute costing you Hotel fee's.

The guys did a great job effectively helping me to empty my POD. They worked efficiently and tirelessly. I live in a 3rd floor apartment which is a 40 step climb, but they were able to complete the job and stay within our two hour time frame. All my furniture was properly cared for. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The 2 gentleman Aaron (sp) and Dave did a great job transferring all my items from the POD to the appropriate area of my house! Very professional and courteous!

2 men showed up on time, were very careful with my furniture . No damage to furniture or walls . Were very thoughtful and helpful. Placed furniture and boxes in the rooms I needed them in. Would rate them highly. Great Job!!!

I went in my pod today my headboard and glass picture frames were not covered up and were beating against the side getting damaged. A lamp shade was broken because it was put in there poorly. Not sastified with the way the second pod was packed.

Josh and Ryan were my movers. Let me start by saying that Ryan was a very hard worker, respectful and very accommodating. I believe Josh was the lead man in this move and he was unprepared, unknowledgeable about supplies needed, organizing the truck to eliminate damage, and took too much time strategizing and making excuses for lack of competence. ex. He laid a leather and wood pub table upside down in the dirt, until he was ready to put in the truck. He didn't strap any of the dressers and one fell over in the truck during move and scratched up the front. I suggested that it be strapped and he said he didn't get to that yet. I don't believe he had the straps to secure the furniture. He came with only 18 pads for a 4 bedroom house. He claims Hire a Helper didn't inform him properly of the job, however, I spoke with him, and told him of the heavy furniture and that it would be going upstairs in a townhouse. He doesn't recall our conversation, instead he blamed Hire a Helper service. We had to help move a treadmill, that was on the list of items to move. Josh said he didn't want to get anyone hurt. I said, what would you like to do leave it in the middle of my living room? He was unprepared, blamed the service, and said he knew a lot but seemed not know much.
