Giant Monkey Movers (GMM) did an excellent job for us! We are very pleased with their service! Prior to our job, they called to review our moving needs, answered our questions and provided advice to help best handle our job. GMM called the day before to confirm our job and answered our questions. The day of our job, they called to let us know when exactly they would arrive. The team of movers arrived on time, were experienced, capable, courteous and walked through the job prior to doing anything to assure us that we would get exactly what we wanted. They kept us well informed throughout the job, were very careful with our property and goods and answered our questions. These guys were great! They called the morning of the move to confirm, showed up on time, were very professional and respectful of my belongings. First they showed up an hour and 15 minutes late. They took 2 hours to load a truck with one bedroom set and some boxes. Then, after taking their sweet time loading the truck they told me "good luck" making it to the weigh station before it closed 15 minutes later! If they had showed up on time I wouldn't have needed "luck" to make it there on time!! Very unprofessional! I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
