I had scheduled AAMT to pack my moving pods for 1:00. When my pods arrived early, I called AAMT, and they sent Claude and Garrett, who arrived two hours earlier than originally scheduled! They were extremely prepared and got to work immediately after our walk-through. They took two very small breaks in a four-hour job. I pointed out the boxes that contained the most fragile items and Claude and Garrett took care to load them appropriately. They worked extremely well as a team: Claude's packing skills are amazing! My pods were packed expertly and efficiently! I would definitely use them again and if I were in the New Hampshire/northern Massachusetts area, I would ask for Claude and Garrett!

They were not on time but did call. They were not prepare for the job. They had no dollies to work with. THANK GOD THAT I HAD ONE. I did tell the company I had heavy furniture and they had no furniture dolly. I was told that they would bring their own dollies. The team was a hard working team but they were concerned with other jobs that they had to do. They were on the phone and waiting for keys and a truck. I believe that when I am paying for a job to be done the concentration should be on my job only. I found some broken stuff, missing stuff, and I saw one of the young men wipe body sweat on the back of my new chair that is not paid for. I do believe that in the hot weather they should bring extra T shirts to wear to absorb the sweat. Also bringing a towel would be helpful for them. The men where hard working and if concentration was more on my things and job, I would use them again.

I had a one bedroom apartment and 2 movers seemed very inexperienced they didn't know where to start I spent the majority of time suggesting how the pick up and carry and move it out the door. It took them 3 hours to fill a 15 foot truck and then when we got to storage they left all my items in an elevator and took off and went to another job. It took the company 3 more hours to get somebody else to come finish the job. I started at 11 am and finished at 10 pm. It was unperfessional and they were totally inexperienced.

I hired AAMT through hireahelper.com the day before I needed them to unload my container. They were estimated to arrive 4-5pm. At 3pm I get a call from hireahelper.com saying AAMT running late on current move and not able to do my job that day. I was quite upset, but decided to have AAMT unload the next day. Again, estimated time 4-5pm with the understanding that I would be after their 8AM job so the actual time would probably be earlier. At 12 noon I called AAMT and was told it would be a couple hours more but I would get a call with ETA. At 5pm I called again and had to leave message. Then hireahelper contacted AAMT and was told that I would be called in 10 minutes. CALL NEVER CAME. Had to hire another company. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Left waiting 2 days - NEVER USE AGAIN!
