Ok I ignored the requests several times but if you want the truth I’ll talk.
First day went very well. Staff was efficient and seemed to respond well. I could not oversee all aspects of the job but time will tell when I open the boxes. The pods were organized and amazingly Tetrised into every space. The crew did leave two hours early but I wasn’t paying attention at the time. I had prepaid for seven but they signed out at 5 hours. Mind you this home is over 10,000 sq ft but no furniture was being removed.
Day two went poorly. The crew leader was out sick, the new kid filling the hole could not have weighed in at over 100 pounds. He also skipped lunch that I bought and admitted to being a recovering Meth head that didn’t like to eat. I asked him what time did he begin recovery?
The new leader for the day felt the louder he spoke the more they would hear but that
was not the case. Mayhem ensued and very little progress was done. Again they left early. Oh and I saw meth head passed out on my garage floor then wake and stumble out. He had found a food grade bottle of No2 and rather than not touch as they had been instructed he took it to the garage and began huffing as much as he could fill his lungs with. Glad I filmed him but wish I had more than 20 seconds. Thus ended the last day. Later I got a text saying the crews 7 hours coming to an end but if I needed additional hours they were 240 per hour for 3 men, so I called the corporate office that I had paid $2165 per day. I requested a refund of my missing 4 hours. 2165 divided by 7 hours is 306.28 per hour so that is the rate at which I requested the missing 4 hours be returned. After reviewing the work sheets signed by the staff and myself they offered 3 hours of refund at 240.00 per hour. The second customer service rep eventually added the fourth hour missing to the refund. Now we only had a 272 dollar difference. I was then pushed up to the final QA customer service representative who explained that additional hours are 240 per hour and that is what they were willing to refund. I explained that I did not request additional hours only a refund of my four missing hours and that what they charge for additional hours did not matter. Personally in my business that had 120,000 customers and 1200 employees when I sold it six years ago, if we had defrauded the customer by claiming additional hours billable I would not argue over 272 dollars. Right is right and if you are wrong on one thing it is game over but this man is a professional and being a number 1 Ahole is his responsibility. He performed dutifully and refused Don’t use and don’t prepay. You will be screwed.

Incredible!!! Showed up on time and ready to move. Tons of dollys and treated our stuff with care. Also our movers were hilarious, made our moving day incredibly less stressful. They were extremely efficient! Cannot recommend enough.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Professional service, great customer care. Feeling of knowing their belongings are packed away safely.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On time workers. Professionals, efficiency, and a great job.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Have everything boxed and ready to go. Unplug all electrical items. Again, make sure everything that fits into a ox goes into a box. Then we can focus all time on loading and not packing.

What types of moves have you handled?

We loaded and unload houses, offices, out of state, on site, commercial equipment, clean outs. We've picked up loads from airports, stores, ect. If you have a project we can do it.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

All the new people and places I meet and see. Always being somewhere different. And knowing the job ends soon!

What training do you provide your crew members?

Stacking, wrapping, customer service. How to maneuver inside homes, how to team lift, ideal lifting techniques.
