Terrific team. Prompt, hard working, and great attitudes. They also did a great job communicating with one another and taking great care of our belongings. The job took longer than I bargained for (when did I get all this stuff?) and these guys hustled to make sure we got fully moved in to our new home. Can't recommend enough

They arrived on time and did a good job in stacking the boxes into our PODS container. They were careful in disassembling our bed and computer desk and monitors. Our recliner was disassembled as well as we moved from one state to another. The only thing is they used shrink wrap against our coffee table and dining chairs and table as a result there were some scratches when we unloaded our stuff in AZ. They should have wrapped the furniture with blankets, my husband had purchased the blankets so they could wrap our furniture properly without any scratches. I would recommend them but have to give instructions on how you need your stuff be packed.

James and crew were so helpful and flexible. They really cared about doing a careful job with all of my furniture and kept it in great condition. They are pros, and they were able to roll with changes that happened to the schedule on moving day beyond my control. I was extremely impressed with the speed of these movers. They were flexible with me on the timeline due to something outside of our control and completed the job ahead of schedule. They moved some seriously heavy/awkward items up two annoying staircases with ease. All three of the movers that showed up were polite and professional and treated my items with respect. I would absolutely use them again and would easily recommend them to someone else.

This was the second time I've booked AAA Allstar Movers & Cleaners, and I'm so glad I did. James and his crew Mike, Kenny, and Bramwell did a great job. James called to let me know their arrival time and they arrived right on time. They listened carefully as I explained what needed to be loaded and what should stay behind, and James organized the crew efficiently to make sure nothing was missed. They worked super hard and very quickly, and were very careful with my things. They loaded the container expertly and safely and paid attention to all the fragile labels without being asked. I appreciated the team's friendliness and professionalism. I definitely recommend AAA Allstar Movers & Cleaners and would certainly book them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers who book loading jobs are encouraged to have rachet straps, moving blankets, and furniture shrink wrap. Customers who book packing jobs are encouraged to have boxes, packing tape, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and labels.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crews are trained to handle a variety of moves including but not limited to: Local, Long distance, Office, In home furniture staging, Commercial.

I love hearing and being apart of the clients moving experiences.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crews consist of workers who have experience moving professionally. Many are previously leaders in other moving companies. We are constantly evaluating the standards of work they provide. Safety is our main goal and ensure that lifts are done in proper form, and clients belongings are free from damage.
