Damon and his team were very professional and respectable. The only thing that is keeping this from being 5 Stars is the fact that there were many wall and trim dings both in the house we moved out of and the house we moved into. Damon did a FANTASIC job trying to direct traffic; however, there was a slight language barrier I believe with some of the movers and possibly not a great understanding of how to prevent damage to walls and trim. I will be needing to patch a few walls in the new house and didn't have time to repair the walls from the house we moved out of.
Overall, I'm happy as again, the team was very polite and did show a lot of care for all the furniture by making sure it was all well wrapped. We had no furniture damage.
The team showed up on time and worked hard and stayed until the job was done, an extra 4 hours.
My only suggestion would be additional training on being more careful with wall and trim damage.
I would use them again.

Their service was good overall, especially at the beginning of the day. As the day progressed, packing slowed down and became sloppy. Ended up repacking the back 1/4 of the load after they left to better secure it.
Most furniture came off the truck undamaged at our destination. That's a plus! However, the pressure washer incurred a broken fitting during loading that rendered the appliance totally unusable. I submitted a claim to Porch Moving Group...typically takes 10 business days to wettle.
I recommend using these movers again. They were way better than the Seattle WA competition. Homeowners will need to insure they have enough tie-straps and rope to provide to this crew to insure properly securing the load. Also need to have two rolls of wrap, and many furniture pads (we used 60 for this load).
I also recommend drug testing as one of their helpers smelled of marijuana upon arrival at the job site.

They did a fantastic job. They were right on time and the guys were very fast, efficient in their packing (very important when you're paying by the linear foot!), and very friendly. Their job is extremely difficult, and I appreciate how hard they work. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone else that needs moving labor assistance!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our clients will recieve a courteous call back, detailing the specifics of your move, and confirmation of fyour booked appointment.

We provide prompt, courteous and professional service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers who book loading jobs are encouraged to have rachet straps, moving blankets, and furniture shrink wrap. Customers who book packing jobs are encouraged to have boxes, packing tape, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and labels.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crews are trained to handle a variety of moves including but not limited to: Local, Long distance, Office, In home furniture staging, Commercial.

What training do you provide your crew members?
My crews consist of workers who have experience moving professionally. Many are previously leaders in other moving companies. We are constantly evaluating the standards of work they provide. Safety is our main goal and ensure that lifts are done in proper form, and clients belongings are free from damage.
