These guys were terrific. Because of difficulties with the move before they got to me a little late but they busted their butt so we got everything moved in the correct amount of time. If I ever have to do it again it’s with honest movers.

T.J. and his crew Chris & Gino were superb! They worked quickly and efficiently and had a wonderful attitude. Moving is very stressful and they relieved a lot of the pressure by moving all the heavy pieces first, handling my antiques with care, and then filling in the POD with other objects and boxes. Amazed at what they got into a 16 ft. POD! I would highly recommend them and Honest Movers.

No show, no call no nothing! Finally after a few hours, I called them and the lady said the crew was in an accident and they had no one else available. She said Hire-a-Helper should have called me, but no one did! After having booked them weeks in advance and confirmed them the day before, I felt pretty comfortable about the move. Until 11;00 (2-3 hours late) I called them. I was in tears! No one from Hire a Helper called to inform me and I had no easy way to contact them. They, in fact sent a text confirming the the "Honest Movers" were on their way or should be there by now. I was not able to get in touch with Hire a Helper until 12:30-4.5 hours later. Now I cannot get in touch with Hire a Helper to receive my 100% guaranteed satisfaction refund! They finally found another group to help but they showed up at 5:30 pm. This set us back so much and the cost of this move became incredibly difficult for us. I had to hire a few guys from Craig's list while waiting almost 8 hours for another crew. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone at Hire a Helper other than the phone operators who cannot help me.

First off, the two gentleman that moved my items were phenomenal.
That’s about where the good things end. I scheduled an arrival time for 10am and the first crew was in an accident in the highway heading my way, unavoidable I know and thankfully they were alright. But the replacement crew wasn’t there Until almost 3pm. I wasn’t on the road until almost 9pm for my out of state move.
After unloading my items, I noticed damage to two pieces of furniture. I contacted them with pictures and have not gotten a reply, weeks later.
