They were 10 minutes early and we're very efficient in moving everything from storage and the house into our 2 PODs. We were concerned we were not going to get everything in them but they did it with room to spare. They did not mark up our walls. It was a great move and did it just within 4 hours plus they moved 2 beds down to the main level for us to dispose of. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move. Thank you!

Unfortunately, AJ Moving arrived at 10:30 am when my arrival time was scheduled for between 8 am and 9 am. Apart from this lateness being unprofessional, it was also a big problem because I was moving out of one apartment building into another and only had loading docks reserved for specific amounts of time. Mike in the office called and told me the movers were stuck in traffic, but when the movers arrived, they told me that there was no traffic. So I assumed they were just running late, even though it was their first move on Monday morning. Then, when I called to complain, Mike told me he would send footage of the traffic they were stuck in, which he never did. It's unfortunate that I have to leave such a bad review because they did a good job on the actual moving of my furniture. However, being over 90 minutes late with very little apology and no partial refund is very poor customer service. I would not recommend using them.

Antoine and Rakan arrived promptly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They saved us with the move on short notice as On the Fly Moving Guys canceled on us 3 days before the move. I highly recommend AJ Moving!
