All three guys were very helpful, but August, in particular, was outstanding. He showed up early and worked by himself for almost an hour, and I don't think I saw him take a break the entire time he was there.

It looked like they just threw stuff randomly in the truck. Damaged our tv stand and one of our vintage sofa chairs. I had furniture pads out for them and let one of them know, but they were not used. They were nice, though, and fairly quick.

M&M Moving was fantastic! We booked two movers for two hours to help us move two pods into a large apartment building and up some stairs. The dispatcher, Elvis, was very communicative in making sure that the guys would arrive after the pods did.
The two movers, Knowledge and Justice, were SO kind, helpful, and efficient. They were keen to make sure that I provided clear directions for them on what got moved where, when. They were also just genuinely nice, which was fabulous as somebody new to the area.
I gave them a 5-star review, but I'd give Knowledge and Justice both a 10/10 if that were an option, even a ten out of five. Thanks yall!!

While they were at one residence or the other, their work was exemplary. They were friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. HOWEVER - they were 45 minutes late (due at 1:00, arrived at 1:45). On arrival, the driver struggled mightily to back into the driveway. I had to yell at him to stop once, because he was heading straight for a lamp post in the front yard. En route to the destination, the driver said they were going to follow me (no GPS?), which he did up to about a block from my new street. Disappeared. A good 10 minutes later, I saw them drive past my street. I called them and asked where they were. He asked for the address, and said they had to turn around. I waited on the corner so I could flag them down. When they did finally arrive, the driver said they had to stop for gas. It is 10 miles between residences. Bad planning? I did tip them because as I said up front, their work was excellent. I would recommend better planning - and GPS.

They went a little fast and moved some items solo which seemed like they just wanted to get the job done versus doing a caring pack. Although, 1 did offer to come back later since we still had some items not loaded due to our own slowness in preparation.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
