Had 3 guys 4 hours. 2 experienced 1 not at all. Prompt and courteous but ran out of steam toward end. Didn't have any equipment. Price was ok

Thank you for this review. I apologize that you feel that one of our guys was inexperienced however, all of our guys are experience and have a great record with all moves. We also have a surplus of moving blankets, dollies and tools readily available to use at no additional cost, unlike other companies. I apologize that you did not have a better experience with us. Helpers arrived on time, were very curtious and went right to work. They accomplished the task within the 2 hour time frame but upon returning to the storage unit they packed we found containers tumbled all over, and some opened, due to Rubbermaid containers stacked on top of unsupported wardrobe boxes. This required us to repack a portion of the storage space.
