This was my first time using this service and had a pretty good rating but I had so many problems and headaches from this I will never use this service again. The guys were on time and very polite but we're not movers. Some of my items got ripped and damaged. The apartment I moved out of is so destroyed from them hitting the walls. It was a very unprepared move...I asked for a few moving blankets and wraps to je brought which only shrink wrap was with them. Then I got a phone call saying I will be charged for an extra hour since the guys were there longer only because it took 30 minutes for them to figure out how to get the couch out and then had it stuck in the door for another 20 minutes destroying my brand new couch. I am very disappointed with this service and they need actual movers on their payroll, not just nice guys that need extra cash.

I paid for 4 movers for 2 hours, but they had a guy call out. I paid for the 4 movers for 2 hours, but was promised they would fix the charges. They didn't. I had to call to get it corrected (bit was only $10 off). Also, these guys did not know how to pack a moving truck. I ended up having to pay for another uhaul truck to pack the rest (which cost another $300+) They also didn't secure the load correctly, so when we were unloading a bunch of items fell out on us and busted. Several pieces of antique furniture were scraped VERY badly and I don't know if we can fix it. Also, while loading the guys stopped for a 15 minute break on my dime, kept pausing and chit chaffing to one another, showing pictures on their cell phones to one another, and striking up conversation with the guys in my family while standing around. When I got to my destination (storage facility), I had another company's workers who were surprised at how the truck was packed unbalanced with a TON of room on top. The two guys from that company were able to unpack and professionally Tetris all my belongings in the storage in 1.5 hours... for a lot cheaper than this company did.

I hate to leave poor reviews for anyone, but I can not say I was particularly happy with the services. I was happy that they showed up on time, and I was thrilled that someone was available on such short notice. However, the two individuals who came were not knowledgeable about moving at all. One of them showed up and seemed to have been drinking. Before even asking where to start, they both lit cigarettes and spent the first 5 minutes watching me work and smoking cigarettes. Even after repeatedly asking specifics, 'Please do not drag the furniture over the metal grating', there was a bad and inattentive attitude about that request. I needed manual labor, but they absolutely would have damaged my furniture to the point where it would have significantly less value, and they were not cheap. They worked hard only when pushed to. I would not use them again. I did get the sense that one of the two was actually very respectful and responsible and simply needed more guidance and opportunity to shine.

I ordered 4 guys with hand trucks. One guy showed up, an hour later another guy showed up. That was it for the day. Neither guy had hand trucks. What should have taken a few hours took over 5 hours.

My experience with Axcess Professional Movers was exceptional. Mr. Avery is second to none in the business. He was professional, courteous and extremely responsive. His staff that did the actual move carried his spirit of excellence and commitment to serve! If you find a better company to move your items, you'd have hit pay dirt for sure! The team was on time, respectful and they worked hard to insure that our goals were met. I hate moving, but we relocated my 83 year old mother from state to state and Axcess took the stress out of a very stressful issue. When we arrived at the designated location, a few items were damaged, but Mr. Avery and the team that moved were very responsive and concerned and their follow-up was assuring. Mr. Avery is a caring man and I pray that the business prospers for many many years to come!

The crew was very courteous and professional. They worked diligently for the entire 2 hours without delay. The senior helper was able to guide and mentor the younger helper. The younger helper seemed to be very inexperienced and lacked some of the strength to move much larger pieces.

This is the second time I have used Axcess Professional Movers and they did an absolutely amazing job thanks to Jonathan and Mike. I liked them so much the first time I requested them for the second move. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly hire them again. They were courteous, gentle, professional and super friendly! Great guys!!!

The gentlemen who came out to unload our ABF truck were professional and careful with our belongings. They were very polite and friendly during the move.

The guys were late 30 to 40 minutes. It's was ok because I was flexible with my scheduling. One was later than the other. They came from a temp service. One guy called me asking for someone with the wrong client name saying he was from a temp service. I expected someone from the moving company that I hired. They got my stuff from my storage pod and into my house, so they did their job. One guy didn't have gloves, I let him use my gloves and he kept them. He also asked to use some of the air freshener I had in my house in his car which was weird. They stacked a few of my boxes too high and they fell over. They got my stuff moved in and it took an hour, even though I paid for two. The guys were fast and nice enough, so I tipped them. It didn't go smooth, and I won't use them again.
