Showed up two hours late.
Two men that were not in great physical shape. We carried all boxes up the stairs. I carefully wrapped my $9000 white sofa only to walk out and see one of them rip it open with sweaty, dirty, hands and proceeded to carry my brand new cushions against their sweat soaked bodies.

They did not want to stay and finish the job because it was the end of the day but ultimately did. They wanted to chat and took three cigarette breaks. Then wanted to charge me an extra hour. I protested but ended up paying because I felt that I had no choice.

They left with all money plus extra collected and were here just under three hours. Took 3 cigarette breaks and spent a substantial amount of that time complaining about unpacking the truck.

Terrible experience. I would caution anyone to only select this company if you are in a pinch and you don’t mind overpaying them to do the work yourself.

(Just to remind you ) you were the one that asked us for a later start time so that we would not interfere with your cleaning crew ..before the move you ask will you be charged extra for stairs if bedrooms we're upstairs with heavy Furniture, I inform you no extra charge that we come equipped with moving straps ..To our surprised on arrival you stated that 75% of the truck was to be stored at the guest bedroom upstairs.. I inform you that it is impossible to unload a full 26-foot truck with all the heavy. 2 man items within 2 hours . In fact your husband told me it took 5 hours to load it from a first-floor house ..no Box's were taped closed which in turn many were crushed or ripped open ..when you told me the loaders did a bad job ..I inform you that nothing was taped shut that compromise the Integrity of the boxes for not using tape it was not the loaders fault But for lack of preparation in using tape to shut boxes close... $9,000 couch and you're not happy paying an extra hour and getting the whole truck completely unloaded when paying 5 hours to load it ...we went above and beyond... I've been told no matter how much you do you just can't satisfied everybody ......

On time but not enough experience with the product they were unloading.

Sorry you felt that way... even though you was not there.. I can tell - that you wasnt too happy paying an extra two and a half hours for your truck to arrive... but that wasn't our fault it only took us 32 minutes to unload items.. And all was unloaded very carefully ..Next time better planning on your part and your driver being on time ...It will save you a lot of money and stress... so that ,your movers don't have to have to wait around for your truck to arrive to be unloaded.... an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure

The helpers were here shortly after planned start time. They had no idea how far out we were.
They brought a hand truck which I thought was dedicated thinking. These guys were so diligent in their work ethic. I was very pleased with them, the way they handled everything. I highly recommend these gentleman. They are efficient and thorough.
