Original crew did not show or call or return my calls. Caused a several hour delay in emptying POD. Substitute crew was very efficient and worked hard. One problem. Door on China cabinet (safety glass) shattered into thousands of pieces. Supervisor promised to locate a repair person and pay for the damage. (Crew in Sarasota smashed the other door; that supervisor offered to pay for it.)

The men were on time, worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully, were respectful and we would definitely use them again. Our POD was two days late, causing all sorts of confusion and cancelled appointments, but Nancy at Mighty Man was calm as could be and took care of everything. In fact, Mighty Man Moving was the least stressful piece of our entire interstate move. Highly recommend!

The Lady I spoke to on the phone was nice and great communication, but the guys they sent out were not the best. Slow/Lazy and not very careful with my belongings!

Were they on time? On time and ready to work as soon as they got there.
Were they prepared for the job? YES
Did they work hard? Yes, they packed more items than I thought we could get in the truck, wife kept adding things to go.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? Yes
Would you use them again? I would prefer to use the same three guys again, they were great.

They were very considerate and careful with our belongings. They were 45 mins late but I got a text message well in advance to let me know of their delay. Also the office was in touch with me right after I hired them and through the whole process. It was a pleasant experience. Will recommend and use them again! Thank you Mighty Man.

My movers were great! They were very courteous and helpful even loading two pieces of furniture into our minivan and neatly folding all of my moving blankets. Since I'm new to the area, they gave me some info about the area too!
