Very pleased with work. It was not easy moving the heavy pieces to 2nd floor. Hard workers, on time, took care with furniture and would use again.

The owner came out with a helper. The owner was obviously in a hurry and was very reckless with my furniture. I ask him not to drag the dresser across the hardwood floor, but he did it anyway. When he came back in the room I showed him the scratch in the floor and he welt of it and said,,"that's no big deal,,a furniture carron will take that out. He ran the dolly into the door frame several times and didn't seem to bother him,,,as he was in a hurry. I paid him for two hours but he got done in one hour,,,as he was in a hurry! His helper was very kind and courteous,,I wish he would have come alone. I will never recommend them!!!

Our furniture was not secured in the truck and arrived with deep scratches and gouges out of our solid wood china hutch, table and many of our chairs. Also our fireplace . Our one recliner was broken, the arm completely broke off. So many more problems. They were asked to stay an extra hour, but lied to hireahelper and said no extra hours. Had us pay $95.00 for 1 extra hour for 2 helpers. They did not cover our furniture with the provided covers or use any rope we bought for securing. We are seniors and not able to do these things and paying the extra was more than the quoted amount. They were timely, worked hard and were nice but would never use them again. Need to file a claim for repairs to our furniture.

The company was great! They all worked very hard & were very careful moving all of our house hold items. Nothing was damaged & they were very curtious. I recommend & will call these mover's for all my moving. A+++.

They did not wrap my furniture with the 25 blankets that were provided. I stopped them whin I saw abs they said ok they would. They did not. They stacked wood on wood. All my antique furniture as well as the rest has been severely damaged. They were too busy trying to come under the 3 hrs I paid for. Which they did by half the time.
