They were on time, efficient, and friendly. They completed my move in half the expected time. The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because the broke a plate and a cup, and they scratched two book shelves and our TV stand. The TV stand was especially frustrating because they didn't move it; it was already in our new home and they scraped it with a dolly.

They were on time, were obviously very competent and experienced, and worked diligently until the job was done. They loaded our truck expertly and made sure every item was safe.
