upon confirmation day before move, I asked for an approximate arrival time and told closer to 12:00, then when I checked on them, they said 2:30, then didn't show up until 3:40 (12-4 window)! Then they still took a break, even though it was only a 2 hour job. They didn't fit all my belongings in the pod, and it didn't look like it was packed very well (chairs were just thrown on top because I wanted them in the pod, not left behind) so I'm not sure about the condition I'll find my stuff in when I unload the pod. Not very happy with them. I am updating my review now that I unloaded my pod... they did NOT use furniture pads that I paid cash for and all of my furniture was damaged! Very unprofessional, do NOT recommend them, find someone else!

Master Movers lives up to their name in a BIG way! They were on time, prepared for the job, worked hard, and were very efficient. Movers were respectful, took care of our things, and cleaned up the area before leaving. I would definately use Master Movers again for any moving job!

The crew was fantastic! They were punctual, well equipped, very professional, and extremely hard workers. Even in the hot, humid Florida sun, the movers had everything from the truck to the apartment in under two hours, even with a flight of stairs to walk up! The crew were very respectful of our property, our time, and our new apartment. We could not have moved all of our stuff in without them. They were kind, hard working, and affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
