Due to hurricane-like weather, the start time was delayed and I appreciated that. 3 fellows hit the ground running, moved boxes, furniture and "stuff" as though everything was precious. Finished in good time and the load they provided rode over 1000 miles without a hitch. I have no intention of ever moving again but there are those in my family who move quite often and they have already heard about these fellows.

The main guy was careful and knew what he was doing. The other guy was pretty good. Considering it was 90 degrees out, they moved fairly quickly and took very few breaks. I would definitely use them again.

Omggg, I wish I knew they existed when I moved originally to Columbia in 09/2016. So, detailed oriented, knowledgeable Jason & John where wonderful where patient with last minute truck change from 16’ to 22’ at Penske... Will use Quality 1 again through Hired Helper. Excellent customer service

Tony and the two helpers, Matt and Junior, were on-time, professional, ready to work, and super careful with my things. This was an unusual job, since I was moving within the same building, but up a floor with no elevator to that area. They came equipped with furniture harnesses, and within 1 1/2 hours, everything was moved. I had thought it could take three hours since they had to carry so much up the stairs. Wow, so efficient! Nothing damaged, not even a scratch, nothing broken! Double wow! They even brought water with them, although I had stocked up for this hot job on a hot day. I really was delighted, especially since the "national" movers who moved me in from California last year broke so much. I would decidedly use them again, and you should, too!
