They did a super job and they were very nice!

Was the most horrible service that can be imagine.
One of the workers was on the phone all the time talking to his girlfriend and not working. When I conplained to him and the other worker I was threatened they would stop working and use up the 2 hours that I agreed to.
Finally I called their owner and also was threatened by her that they would stop work and leave me in the middle of the move with a rented 26 foot U Haul truck and no way to complete the move. So I had to agree for them to continue for another two hours. Fifteen minutes the same worker complained he pulled a mussel in his leg. Resulting in him sitting around for the next four hours while I had to do his share of work that I was paying for.
The total job should have take 3 hours, but it was completed in six hours at my expense...Let me say this I am a seventy year old man that had to move my own furniture for four hours as the worker just sat there watching and smiling.
I would never recommend this company to anyone for any money. They are just a rip off and they should be put in jail for ripping off people..
I am Delilah the owner you spoke to the day of your move. First I'd like to apologize about your recent moving experience and also I'd like to address your review. We are a company that will own up to any mistakes that we make but we will DEFEND our Movers if there is lies left on the review. You intentionally lied about your order to get a cheaper price. On your order description you stated that you were moving from a ground floor with no stairs to a 2nd floor condo. Upon arrival our Pro Movers noticed that your loading location was on a third floor (which again you stated was a ground floor). At this time our Pro Movers informed you, before they started, that your order- Load from 3rd floor (Which you stated was a ground floor) to an Unload on the 2nd floor was going to be a lot longer than 2hrs. that you paid for. At this point our Pro Mover called to report you because you were being very rude, irate and cursing at them. I tried to calm you down but you continued to be irate and speak to me with so much disrespect. I understand that finding out that your expectation of 2 hrs. was not an accurate estimate and could be very upsetting. I gave you a third person without any extra charge and also to help things move along quickly. We also reached out to HireAHelper to inform them about the situation and they suggested that if you continue to be irate we can dismiss our Movers after the 4 hours.You didn't want them to wrap anything of yours to protect it from any possible damages that can occur while you drove the U-Haul to the unloading destination. My movers are trained to wrap everything and treat all furniture VERY cautiously. and because you wanted them to stack thing in your U-Haul unsafely you became more aggressive. Sorry Mr. Paul that is against company policies to have PROFESSIONAL Movers load a truck unsafely. They are trained to make sure your furniture arrives to you safely in one piece. So this is why they wrap furniture in shrink wrap and furniture pads. Our Pro Movers still wanted to help you get your move done to the end, even though they didn't have to work under the conditions that you places on them. Mr. Paul once again I am truly sorry about your experience and wish there was better communication and truthfulness about the order before the move. We appreciate your business and hope that we can move forward. We strive on customers satisfaction and will try harder to make your moving experience much better than your pervious experience. The guys showed up 7 hrs late!! We tried calling Pro Movers and would not get any call back updates as to when the movers were going to show up. Scheduled to show at 11:00am, arrived at 6:00 pm. Hire a helper blamed Pro Movers and Pro Movers blamed Hire a Helper for the very long and costly delay. I had Movers waiting for us to unload the truck at the other end of the trip and they couldn’t wait so I had to hire more for the next day, costing another $280. Very long and tiring weekend that should have gone much smoother.

They arrived 1.5 hrs later than the time agreed too. I paid for two helpers for two hours. Three arrived at the property. They did not bring shrink wrap and rope as requested in the order so one left to get them. I was under the impression that they would also bring hand truck, but they did not. Luckily i rented one. The two gentlemen stayed back and started working right after i showed them what need to be loaded last. They worked hard, nonstop, and loaded a 16-ft truck for a one way long distance travel in 70 mins! They were respectful of our property and our household goods. They did a great job anchoring items, none got damaged after 1000 miles drive. I would definitely hire them again.

Corey and Jorgè were awesome. I sent the request at 2 AM the day of and they arrived by 10:45AM the same day! It was so nice having their help, they took care of my things nicely, had dolleys and worked hard. HIGHLY RECCOMEND
