Although they were nice guys, I was not satisfied. Instead of 3 hours it took them 6 hours. I had a 16 and 12 ft pod for 3 bedrooms, office, exercise equipment, and boxes. I kept asking if it was all going to fit, and they kept saying yes. At the end of 6 hours they said it was not going to fit. I wish they would have checked in with me as they went along so I could have prioritized what was going In. There are a lot of things I could have left in order to make it all fit. I also could see open spaces that they could have packed more efficiently. In the end I had to order a 3rd pod and pack it myself the next day. Additionally I had green wrap they were to use to protect the furniture which they didn’t use. I also had moisture packs they were to put in the pod which they didn’t use. I just hope when I unpack in 6 months my things are dry, not broken and scratched.
