This great crew stepped up to help us after they had already helped someone else when another company pulled a "no-show". I would definitely hire them again!

The guys showed up two hours late. they were working pretty well until two of them decided to take s break to go to the store to buy cigarettes. Safeway is about a mile away. They were gone for an hour! The first load was loaded as was my car and we took it to the new house to unload. They parked my car down the block and forgot to unload it. With my arthritis it was too far away for me to walk to so did not go with them for the second load, They came back sooner than I expected and proceeded to unload the truck. It was now 7:00 and they were finished for the day. We did the paperwork and they were ready to go. I asked them to take the truck back to the old house (a mile away) and to bring my car back into my driveway and unload it. There were coats from the coat closet at the old place and some boxes. I asked them to hang them in the entry closet. When I looked in there the next day the coats were just thrown in and the boxes were tossed in on top of them! Then I noticed that the garage door was still open and asked them to close it before they left. The fellow who did this was muttering about being off the clock. And they had done something so the door would not close automatically so he just left it open and off they went. On the second day after this I had a new company helping me. We went to the old house and opened the truck to start loading - it was still about 1/3 full from the prior group who chose not to finish unloading it! What they did unload from this second load was not stacked up carefully - just put whereever they could drop it! Also, there were cigarette butts all over. And, they had gone thru a small liquor cabinet - don't know if they sampled but it was totally re-arranged from how I kept it. Apparently not going back with them for the second load was a big mistake! They needed some supervision. I will neither recommend them or use them again.

Mover's response:
I turned down your job 2 years ago for the fact that my crew and me had to wear hazmat suits to do your job cat pee and poop everywhere no we don't do those jobs anymore as of that day 2 years ago sorry if your mad but your house is why me and 2 other moving companies walked away from your job.

It was 106 and they worked their best in not so good conditions. A little late due to some problems but worked to get caught up. They worked hard, they took great care of our things and world use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help moving things.

Had 3 guys to unload, all were nice and good to deal with. 1 very experienced and knew the ropes and 2 not so much but they all worked very hard and were respectful. Only negative was trying to confirm the job...took a few calls that seemed to keep going to a woman who was out and about and unable to do anything. Finally reached Josh? who was great. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived more or less on time (within a half hour of the scheduled time). The job got done. Still, I would have liked to see more professionalism and more caution with our things, especially considering this was a really easy job (not a lot of stuff, no stairs, truck was not far from the front door, 2 whole hours to work when one would have done it). This was the kind of help I would have expected if I posted a Craigslist ad offering $20 an hour.

Mover's response:
We are professionals and we have a 2 hour minimum, and we are insured. you got 3 movers for the price of 2 and we where 30 minute's early to your job. If you had concerns about your belongings you should have contacted me the 0wner directly and or hireahelper, we have a great reputation for quality work and I expect that of all employees. Communication is key, not leaving a bad review for the owners that weren't aware of any issues.

They were a little late, but so much that that it caused a problem. They were ready to work, worked hard, were courteous and got the job done in less than the allotted time. I'd use them again.

I was really disappointed with this moving company and would not use them again. They were an hour late. Most importantly, though, I did not get three hours of work out of them (even though that's what I paid for). They spent lots of time moving slowly, talking to each other, taking breaks, and on the phone. Because it was so hot and the moving trailer was parked away from my apartment, I offered to drive my car up to the trailer so they could load it and then drive it over to the apartment to unload. Here's what that translated to: I loaded and unloaded my car, ultimately bringing about half of my belongings in myself. They were not prepared for this job at all. They came with one hand truck and a small piece of wood with wheels that they packed poorly and I watched them tip over as my boxes crashed to the ground. They didn't lift my mattress but dragged it, so the protective covers were shredded (something that I should have been able to reuse). Ultimately, I don't feel that they were considerate of my belongings at all. They were unprofessional. At the end, one of the movers asked to wash his hands and proceeded to take a bath in my kitchen sink, which was really disgusting. That's where I prepare food. Overall, this was an unprofessional, unprepared moving company and I feel cheated that I prepaid for 3 hours, did half of the work myself, and barely got them to work half of the time. They were with me for maybe an hour and half. If I hadn't helped, they were moving slow enough that I would have been forced to pay extra because they would have run over that time. If you're looking for movers, choose someone else.

Mover's response:
This is Josh, First off when your walls came down off your moving truck every box was broken on the ground. I repacked all your boxes and taped them so we could move them, you and two of your students packed this ABF truck not professional movers. and the truck was almost a football field away from your apartment, luckily your neighbors offered there vehicle that we used as well. We took your job on a 110° day after working a full move. As for time everything went in your living room as you req
