My Wife and I were extremely pleased with the manner our helpers handled our move. They were courteous, prompt and very careful with our property. Carla was an angel to work with for the scheduling as our move required 2 seperate loads and she was always prompt to return calls. The guys never wasted a moment of time and worked very hard. I am certain that you will find the same fine service as we did, C&C were the best!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work ethic and professionalism of the movers sent by C&C. These young men worked hard, were very careful, were extremely polite and were very knowledgable about how to complete the task. They worked at a fast pace and were quite correct in estimating that the job would take an hour more than Inanticipated. The booking and billing process using technology was excellent. I released my payment and had a confirmation text before I hung up the phone. This is a top-notch outfit.

My day was a disaster...beginning to end. The loaders were late getting to our home in Spring, TX. Then it took them an additional hour to load.
I had a confirmation call before our move from C&C saying they would meet us in San Antonio at 6PM on the dot...I was told they did not want to work past 8PM. Well the day before our move C&C called to ask if they could come at 5PM and we told them there was no way we would even know if we would be in town by then we had 210 miles to travel once we got everything loaded in Spring, Tx....so NO...be there at 6PM on the dot as promised. Well at 6:20PM I called to cancel because they didn't make it to unload.....was told there was a window of time allowed...but we had been confirmed for 6PM....very frustrating way to end our day.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Movers will arrive 10 minutes prior, do a walk-through, and get right to work. No slackers here. We value our customers time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should be ready upon our arrival, everything boxed. If we are loading, Customer should have tie-downs, so, that we can secure everything into their trucks and nothing shifts while it’s being driven. This prevents damage.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, residential, commercial, and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of moving is getting to know our customers and meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are huge on customer service. We have thorough training on loading and unloading. We packed a very tight truck, that even a car key cannot fit between the boxes. The worst thing is for our customers to have to leave something behind.
