Unfortunately the pod corporation did not show up within the allotted time. Your team stood by and was ready to go, but the package was never delivered. The 3 man crew were Tetris experts packing the OD trailer with all the furniture and boxes we had. Once the trailer arrived to new location, nothing was damaged or any shifting. I would recommend Roblas Services for your moving needs.

I would NEVER use this company for professional or business moves. I have been moving cross country in the military for over 20 years and this is by far hands down the worst company I have worked with. They were to move me from a three bedroom house three hours to another city and it was disastrous. They came with a truck that was too small for the move, spent hours playing Tetris trying to make it fit. Then Mr. Fernandez’s said it’s not going to fit so I can get a 15’ U-Haul truck and they can finish. I got the U-Haul truck and more hours of Tetris went by for him to say he needs more space and will go get a trailer. I confirmed when he first arrived that I would be provided with empty and full weight tickets which is required for my military move. After multiple times of reminding him, I received the full weight tickets but he never returned with the empty weight tickets. I am now stuck not getting reimbursed for the money paid for the move or for the items broken during the move. I would have done better hiring people off the street to load me up, drive the three hours and unload me for the headache this move has been. They are not professional movers. I wish I could add pictures of how they threw everything (mattresses, the disassembled refrigerator, dressers, etc.) into the garage and left it. Then they wanted me to pay them directly (which violates the terms) and additional $3k+ for the hours they took playing Tetris and getting additional U-Hauls. If I had more time I would explain it in better detail. Just craziness and still no weight tickets.
