First of all, Michael Robinson was very professional and started a great rapport with me on his initial introduction phone call a few days prior to the actual moving day/date. Second, he kept me informed as to what I could expect. Third, he really listened to my "unique" move event. I really liked that about him. Fourth, when they (He & Andy) arrived they were both pleasant and made their formal introduction with me. Lastly, we went room-by-room and they got the job done "quickly", efficiently, and professionally. They both had great personalities and seemed like they "LOVED" their professions. Cozy Bears were excellent, and I highly recommend them. They were prompt, careful with my items, and went the extra mile as I had a POD that had items that needed to go into my house and some to a nearby storage unit.
