This has nothing to do with the job that my two helpers did, but the extra hours turned out to be way expensive. It was already more than I expected, but with the extra hours needed (due to the heat of the day and distance from the unit to the parking lot), it ended up being almost twice what I expected.

Tony and Chris stayed in constant communication leading up to our move. I felt we were in great hands, and I was not wrong.
Tony and Chris were on time, well prepared, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked tirelessly while loading up our storage POD in a pragmatic and timely manner. They not only saved us time and effort, but likely money as well due to their professional abilities.

They were incredible at maximizing the space of the pod. If I had been packing the pod myself it would have required me to rent two pods. Michael and Tony were fantastic! They called to see if they could be early which was great for us. They arrived and were polite, friendly and explained their plan of action. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The love we get from our satisfied clients.
What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
