No show. Multiple calls when straight to a voice mailbox that was not setup. Did not return my calls until an hour after they were scheduled to arrive. Wasted another hour of my time before they told me they wouldn't be able to help at all today.
Hireahelper was quick to find alternate moving labor help on the same day, despite being 6 hours later in the day, but they still found someone and matched my original price. However, they didn't offer me any additional discount to make up for the inconvenience of having my entire plan for the day all messed up.
They should definitely drop The Moving Company from their service providers. They are not a reliable business for people to count on.

Eduardo Fernandez, Theo and Greg ( I forgot to ask their last names ) were the best moving crew I have ever done business with. I have hired “professional” moving companies in the past and now that I have seen the type of employees that your company hires I will use your services exclusively in any future moves that we do. These employees were all excellent and I would love to have people like this working at my own place of business. My wife and I demand excellence from our employees and we are very direct with all involved if that is not what we receive. We also Love to give credit when it is earned and these three gentlemen earned it along with the rest of your company with which we interacted.

Theo and Greg were awesome! They were great about communicating when their previous job went longer than expected, which delayed their arrival slightly. They were careful with all of our stuff and loaded/unloaded quickly. I would highly recommend them for any move.
