They were right on time and even though I was running late they waited to start my time towards the 2 hours till I arrived with the moving truck! They had all the necessary materials and were able to move all my belongings into the truck really quickly. Everything was strapped in so that nothing would shift while driving. Landon was really helpful and answered all my questions over the phone and on the day of service. I would definitely use them again!

These people are no more than thieves trying to make a quick buck!!! Orlando and his buddy don't deserve even one star! When they arrived I specifically told them that the items in the corner of the room that were set apart from the things they were supppsed to load, were NOT to be touched or loaded into our moving truck. I told them that those were items my husband and I were going to load into our cars last. They moved very slowly and my husband was moving quickly and helping them load the truck!!! They definately didn't hustle or earn the $65 per hour that they charged us. Once the truck was almost loaded. I noticed some items were missing from the pile I told them not to touch. Turns out they loaded some of those items on to the truck anyway AND in the very far back of the truck. Just a shady tactic to waste time so I'd have to have them stay for an extra hour. So they wasted time unloading things from the truck in order to get to the items in the back that they never should have loaded in the first place! They used several tactics to try to waste time so that I'd need them for another hour. Another tactic was to stand there and spark up useless conversation with me or my husband instead of hustling to load the truck within the 2 hour minimum that I agreed to. They also wasted time by lying to me and saying they had to completely remove the front door of my home from the hinges so they can fit the refrigerator out the door. That is a bold faced lie because when I had the refrigerator delivered they did not have to remove the door. They just took off the handles to the refrigerator door and it fit. Removing then replacing my door took up 20 to 25 minutes of the time. These people are professional scammers AND they stole from us! When we got to our destination and unpacked we were missing an important box that had A LOT of my and my husband's medications amongst kitchenware. We hadn't sealed the box and the medications were showing unfortunately. But that is still no excuse for them to have stolen it. These greedy people stooped as low as to steal a sick woman's meds!!! What a shame. I bet they thought they would score some good narcotics! No, you fools, I lock the good stuff up in a safe...better luck next time. They continued to use obvious tactics to waste time and I would have been supervising their every move, but I was busy watching over our 18 month old. STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS, JUST PROFESSIONAL LOOTERS!!!

They did such a phenomenal job! Great organization skills! They came prepared with all of the equipment needed, anticipating our every need! I highly recommend them! I plan to specifically request them for my next moving job! They were also very polite, friendly, and all wore masks, which is greatly appreciated.
