There is nothing more I hate then hiring 4 movers and 3 show up and this is supposed to be acceptable. For them it's great because it goes over in time and you pay more per hour then having 3 movers. The cost difference is 25 bucks less for one lover but $100 more and hour so naturally it took 1:30 longer and I had to pay that. Had there been 4 movers it would not have gone over. I had moved from a 2 story house with 4 movers and they took 3:30 min and to unload with movelogic it took 3:30min as well but it was unloading a truck. The movers who packed it had to literally wrap and pack things so 4 movers is what I paid for and expected but they credited me the difference for 3 and charged me much more for going over. They were very professional and had to move things from one room to another as needed and always stayed positive. I never got a call the day before and I had to call and email Ronnie who replied at 9pm. I overheard one of the movers saying he didn't even know this job was on the books and had been out till 2am but he was the best mover. I give 5 stars to the Canadian guy and the owner needs to call people in advance if they can't do the job as requested. Give me the consumer the option of hiring someone who could provide 4 movers. I noticed after reading the reviews this had happened before and the owner needs to take reviews seriously. We still tipped each person $40 bucks in addition because they worked hard and nothing was broken. They showed up on time and that's a great way to start! All and all I'm not giving 5 stars because I hired 4 movers and got 3 and it ended up costing me more but they did a great job!
I appreciate your business, tip, and review. I was not aware of my crew members personal matter till that morning, or the entire 4 man crew requested would have arrived! I would like to point out that, we did have some issues. Your gym equipment needed to be dismantled and we had to take off and re-set your bedroom door. large entertainment center that we placed into bedroom had to be removed and placed into the garage to name a few! These things take up additional time.

They were right on time!! Super friendly and listened to everything we had to say and came up with a plan to help the move go fast!! And yes it was fast!! They took a huge weight off of our shoulders!! Thanks guys!!!

Service was okay. On time, unloaded quickly we didn't have that much. Hired for a 2nd unload and that was a disaster. Owner showed up to help, he was slow and did next to no work while helper did all the work. He leaned glass items up against dresser and then leaned on it and knocked it all over. Helpers were good but owner as a helper was no help at all.

They let me know they had a job before mine and maybe an hour late. They were prepared for the job I am glad I booked 3 movers two worked very hard the third not so much they were respectful of my property I am not sure I would use them again when I book and pay for three movers I expect all three to work

Showed up with 3 people instead of 4. Started 30 minutes late. Day was very hot and they moved very slow and took allot of small breaks drinking alot of water. What should have taken 3 hours with 4 movers ended up taking 7 hours with 3 movers. Costing me double what i expected.

Our rental truck wasn't there in the morning as Budget overbooked and sold our reservation. The Movelogic team was waiting but no way to get another truck for hours. They were booked the rest of the day but came back as soon as their last job was finished and loaded us (we had a truck by then. Only charged for the 2 hours loading...not their list time in the morning! An effort beyond the norm, definitely use this company.

These guys were great! They were on time, very respectful, and got the 26' truck unloaded in no time. They were prepared and took special care with all of my belongings. They even made sure that everything went in the right room! The price was reasonable and definitely worth it. I'm calling these guys next time!
