they didnt finish packing my apartment and i didnt know until i want back to clean. so my dad and i spent an additional 4 hrs packing my apartment. i still have stuff in my car right now. total was 1400+ for them to not complete the job. i was also trying to get an itemized invoice for the job so i can provide it to my employer, which they refused to provide. i told them about my issues and they did not care.

After a one hour+ drive, they still arrived well within the 1 hour window given to them.They loaded all the boxes, of many different sizes, into their truck in an organized manner. Boxes were not stuffed but rather placed appropriately like someone stacking natural stones together to make a garden wall. The same organized manner was applied to stacking the boxes in the storage unit.
I would hire Jose and Antonio again.
I also learned, based on Rigo's description of number of men and numbers of hours required to compete a job of a certain truck size, that three men working would have been better for me. They probably would have finished almost 2 hours earlier. However, if 90% of your boxes are the same size, then I would hire two movers.

Jose and Anthony showed on time, were friendly, professional and efficient.
They moved and pack a large amount of items into a storage container under the three hour minimum time frame.

My review is mixed. The workers on site were great. They worked non stop and got everything loaded in about 3 hrs 15 mins and were very respectful.
However, working with the office was not as smooth. I booked two workers a week or more ahead of time for a 2-3pm slot. The morning of, the office called to ask if the movers could come earlier (12:30 to 1pm) and I said yes. But at approx 3pm they called again to say the truck had 3 workers and they would only charge me an additional $120 for the 3rd worker. I declined as I had a budget to stick to and only needed 2 guys. I was advised that the truck would have to return to the depot to drop off the 3rd worker before they could get to me which would now be approximately 4:30-5pm. I resented the bait & switch antic of a 3rd worker and told them so explaining that the knock on effect of the delay was enormous. The workers that did eventually show up at 4:15pm had just be called in and hadn't come from another job!!
At the end of the day, the office then tried to overcharge me over $100 - i had to write out every charge, the timings and show screen grabs as proof until finally she acknowledged she made a "mistake" and corrected the amount.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
