The men were on time, prepared, courteous, efficient, did all work within time allotted, were very hard workers, not talkative, made suggestions regarding packing, helped seal boxes, were careful with all furniture & boxes and did not stop for a break (although I suggested they do so). I would highly recommend Philly's to anyone and definitely would use them again. I am a single woman with a child and cautious when they arrived - they put me at ease quickly with their professionalism, politeness and sensitivity to the situation - apparently aware of how I might feel. Amazing guys!

They showed up early, did a great job of padding and wrapping the furniture for protection, and very professionally loaded the truck and tied everything firmly in place. These guys are experienced movers! They finished early and insisted on helping to box our lamps, which they made sure were well-protected.

The movers were excellent, they called me right before they were on their way so I was prepared. They were efficient and had no trouble with any of the items I had. They were very organized and did everything I asked them to do. The men were wonderful and I would highly recommend them again. Extremely respectful! These two men were careless with my belongings. They complained about the stairs although the number of stairs was a 2/3rds less than what the number of stairs the gentlemen had to deal with while loading the POD. Those gentlemen never complained once while loading. The loading crew had to contend with more stairs and Seattle winter weather while things here were ideal. These men dropped items, including dragging my mattress causing it to get dirty. They swore and complained to one another in Spanish which I happen to speak but didn't let on. They also wasted time by piling boxes where I told them furniture needed to go and that the cable guy would need to work. They continued to place items there and then had to move it again. They worked longer than the hours I posted as they became somewhat aggressive asking for cash. They also hovered over me until I texted that the job was complete. One of them was on either side of me and very close. It was intimidating and I am not easily intimidated. Twice I texted the wrong job number because of how they were on top of me demanding that I send the text so they could get paid. I did not experience this from the company at the start of my move. They did not even ask that I send a text. They left and of course I sent it. These two individuals were more scary than rude. I would never recommend them to anybody. I would like to view there background reports that were supposedly done on them. They acted like thugs.
