The two young men did a FANTASTIC JOB and I'm pretty much a perfectionist when it comes to the way things are done! BUT THE PRICE I HAD TO PAY WAS WAY TO HIGH AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR MY OWN BOXES, COVERS, PAPER, EVEN THE TAPE THEY COME WITH NOTHING BUT TOOLS.SO NO I WOULDN'T HIRE A HELPER AGAIN. NOW THIS ISN'T THE YOUNG MEN'S FAULT THEY WERE GREAT!! And I did give them a good tip. IT'S JUST THE PRICE TO TO HIGH!!!!

Even after their boss gave them very poor directions and he was arguing with me on the phone threatening to bring them back since they couldn't find the location....those guys did great. They were supposed to be on site between 12pm & 1pm. I received a call around 12:30pm saying the guys could not find the location by the border. I gave him the directions again and then asked where they were located. The person on the phone claimed the guys were on McNutt rd. and l told him they had not come far enough. They needed to come to the 4 lane highway and go left for another few miles. I called back at 1:30pm to inquire where they were and he did not realize they were not on site yet. I called him back at 1:40 pm and he said they were at the border and could not find me. I asked which border location and he did not know. He raised his vocie and would not let me speak as he said he was bringing his guys back to the shop. So I drove to the closet station and found their vehicle. I met the movers and asked if they were given the land marks or roads and they said no. They then followed me to site and completed the work in 1.5 hours. They both did great. I will use Hireahelper again when needed. Thank you. I will use El Paso Movers but I will make sure to send him a map to give his guys.

They were the hardest workers, fast, polite and genuinely good people. They finished the job early and I truly enjoyed them! My load is in storage so I cannot comment on its condition on arrival quite yet.

The team they sent was on-time, polite and very hardworking. They were very careful bringing in all of our things into our new home. It was a very hot day but they were working non-stop. Yes we would definitely hire them again.

Prepared? Yes.
Worked hard? Extremely, and on a very hot day in the desert.
Respectful of property? For the most part. Only one item damaged, but it was minor. However they did fail to follow instructions written on some items about which room to put stuff in. For example, they put a trash can clearly labeled "back porch" in a bedroom. LOL.
Use again? Probably.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When you book with us expect a courtesy call to introduce ourselves and confirm your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day expect to have a call before our team is dispatched and an experienced uniformed crew will arrive at your door at the specified time discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every customer is different and they should prepare according to the type of work they would like for us to provide. Example.. if loading is the only thing requested, customer should have everything boxed up and furniture wrapped before our arrival. We would be more than glad to do the service, it just depends on how fast customer is willing for the move to go.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have over 12 years experience in the moving industry, so we have encountered the privilege of doing long distance moves, local, commercial moves (offices, warehouses) and we have helped move a lot of military families as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is seeing the satisfaction the customer receives after we have completed their move. We understand that its a stressful situation and us being able to help relieve a little of that stress is very satisfying.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew member training consists of on hand tasks that we encounter on the field but in a 2 hour course done here at the office, which also includes video teaching of related tasks.
