The crew never showed up....the company didn't even know it was a no show until I called them to see why they were over an hour late. 2 hours later a crew showed up and did an adequate job. So much for zero no shows.

The two guys who came were very nice and respectful. However, they were totally unprepared for the job. We were moving a very small office. The men forgot their hand tools, they did not bring the dolly to move the furniture, one of them forgot his gloves and they didn't have a car. The person that scheduled them asked if they could ride in our cars to the new office location. I have used other companies thru hire a helper and have been very happy. We have heavy furniture and these two were very poorly equipped to work that day. It took them over 20 minutes to get the first piece of furniture onto the truck. It was a large desk. They worked very hard, but mostly because they didn't have the right tools. They broke 2 drawers on my desk and scuffed up one whole side of it. I'm sorry but I would not use this company again.

They were right on time. The company did not provide them with tools or dollies as it said on your website. But luckily my husband had tools for them to use. They were very strong so they didn't need dollies. They were very careful. We told the guys that we would definitely request them in the future.
