The movers were strong and carried heavy items with ease. They were punctual and hard workers. They were friendly, courteous and cheerful. They did not have proper packing materials like tie downs, cushioning blankets etc. which I’d requested. They had to be instructed to tie off sections of our PODS and some of the boxes they stacked later fell from the top during shipment. Lampshades got dented and bookshelves scratched from fallen boxes. Heavy boxes were stacked on top of lighter boxes. Would not use these movers again.

We were very happy with Wasatch Premier Movers for our move-out to a PODS container. They arrived on time, and were ready to work when they arrived. Mike, Jeff, and Alex worked hard, very steadily with no breaks, and carefully. They made sure to communicate clearly with questions about the items that were moving, and about their progress. We'd recommend them, and would use them again.

Because our neighborhood is too new, they had trouble to locate our place. But with my help they were able to arrive around 10:30 am so still within the time frame for arrival as promised. They did a great job unload all the stuff, and NO single damage to our stuff was identified on site and afterwards. Will use them next time for moving labor helps again.

These guys were on time, in a good mood, worked super fast and efficiently, and were incredibly polite. I received a call confirming the order and going over my needs for the day. I used them to unload portable containers/move in. They let me know when one of my larger pieces of furniture would likely not fit down stairs and gave me the option of them trying to get it down the stairs at risk to my walls. I told them to go ahead and try it and when they were finished, they showed me exactly where the wall was scuffed. I really appreciated that transparency and open communication. They were also patient with me when we had some things that had to be moved around a couple times. I would definitely recommend them, especially given that they were one of our less expensive options for moving labor help and available to book at the last minute.

They went to the wrong address so we're late, which would have been fine by itself. Unfortunately they also did a lowsey job packing my pod. I had bought a bunch of tie down and ropes for them to use and they used none even after I encouraged it several times. This resulted in everything moving a lot during shipment. They also put fragile things on the bottom of stacks. Unpacking now and just hoping to much isn't broken.
