The men were very respectful to my husband and me.
They did not bring any supplies with them, no tape or blankets or the Saran roll. Perhaps that is not what this company offers. We ran out of everything and we were in the middle of a horrible thunderstorm so I couldn’t go out to get more supplies.
They didn’t really seem to have a plan on how to load the pods. My husband and I had to watch them and guide them every step of the way.
We ended up not having enough room in the pods and we will have to get a u-haul to finish the job. I think Pods is more responsible for not advising us better based on the furniture we have.
Also, the men were late. Someone texted me the night before and said they would be here at noon. They didn’t come until 1:45.
Lastly, a few things nearly got dropped, including a Stickley recliner that one guy carried out on his own because he didn’t feel like waiting for one of the others to come in to help . It didn’t fit through the door because his fingers were in the way so he just leaned it out the door and it dropped about 5 or 6 inches to the pavement outside.
One more thing, no one seemed to be in charge. Odd when you send 3 guys out. Usually one of them is in charge of the job. I think Pods ought to train their people better.
Not a great day. Very frustrated!

Wonderful help! Great communication prior to arrival and throughout the process. The "Our Moving Service" guys were attentive to our concerns with specific pieces of furniture, were thoughtful to the layout of what needed piecing on the truck, and were polite and efficient. We really appreciate their effort!

Oliver, Joshua and Jameel were fantastic. Unloaded both trailers, with assembly of bedroom sets within the allotted time. They were all extremely professional, hard working and organized. Hope we were never moving again but if so, I would request these gentlemen.

The 2 young men were nice enough. They were on time. They worked hard. However, they seemed inexperienced as movers, they were not prepared for the job as they needed my tools, used my tools to do the job and I paid them to use my tools. How about that? They severely scratched my hardwood floors. I would like to look into being compensated for that. And, no, I wouldn't use them again, only because of the scratched floors.
