Team was over half an hour late as the appointment was “forgotten.” Additionally, the team wasted space within the storage unit by not loading high enough, which forced me to have to store things at the house versus the storage unit. Finally, one employee was very unprofessional in his communication when talking about the city I moved from.

The job (10.21.25) was to move the boxed contents of a 1-bedroom apartment to a PODS container, both on ground floor, no steps to deal with. Two "helpers" showed up ill-prepared—no carts or dollies, no moving blankets, no sticky paper, no nothing—even though I gave detailed description to Hire A Helper of what was to be transferred from my apartment to the PODS container. I happen to have a folding cart which helped, yet the scheduled 2-hour job overflowed into a third hour which could've been avoided if the "helpers" had proper equipment for the job to begin with.
I will say that the "helpers" were diligent and most polite.

Absolutely the worst! One loader showed up stoned. When we received our furniture on the other end, an entire couch was filthy beyond repair and a leg was cracked and broken off. We had blankets and shrink wrap available but very few items had covers still on them by the time they arrived at the new destination. Fabric dining chairs had holes ripped in them and rattan kitchen chairs were destroyed as well. Have not had a return call to address the issues.
