They arrived ontime and Charlie worked really hard. They damaged my hardwood steps because they tried to use a hand truck to bring washing machine upstairs. They could not bring it upstairs bc hall wat narrow. But a suggestion they should use forearm lifts the prevent from damaging floors and walls. I think you need more than a hand truck to move. They were nice and respectful.

The pros are the workers were on time did a good job getting the 26’ truck loaded quickly. They utilized maximum space to allow everything to fit. I give only three stars because they were hired for 6 hours and got done in 2 ½ and things could have been secured better as a lot of items shifted were severely damaged. I had no idea if drawers are left in place that the weight and bouncing of the truck would break out most of the sliders leaving dressers and workbench broken. I had tie down straps but they only used rope.
We also had a lot of heavy rain and the truck tore up the yard and the truck could have remained in the solid drive. It cost several hundred dollars to have a landscaper come in and repair the damage. There was also some banged up walls from the second floor.
As per contract we were only reimbursed 1 hour. That said the movers were hard workers and they know how to pack a truck. I would hire them again, but would make certain drawers are removed ad load secured properly knowing there was enough time to avoid the damage. Just make sure your items are very secure on a long move. Cotton rope does not secure furniture.

These guys were so good that I was literally already recommending them to other people before they'd even finished MY job. They were on time, well prepared, hardworking, friendly, and very respectful of my property and goods. They were quick, yet careful, and they finished ahead of schedule. They were also wizard-level tetris masters when it came to packing my stuff into the rental truck! If I had been packing the truck myself, I would definitely have had to make two trips, but they got it all in one. I will definitely use them again, would recommend them to anyone and everyone. In fact, I just helped my aging parents schedule a move with them.
