What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers can have a peace of mind knowing that we keep our customers fully informed throughout the entire process of their move. As our google reviews denote, once customers choose to go with us they can expect to be 100% satisfied with their decision. Our company operates with the highest work ethic and integrity and our customers are sure to be happy they went with us.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect our movers to show up on time and in uniform. Our guys all maintain a respectable demeanor that help our customers feel comfortable having us in their home. We take pride in making sure our guys stay busy for every hour they are on they clock as we are very conscious of your business that you provided.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should keep in mind that the more organized their items are the more money they save. This goes for disassembling any furniture or items as well. The quicker our guys can get in and start padding and wrapping the larger furniture, the quicker the trucks are able to get loaded and the more money our customers save. Its also important to note that all boxes should be labeled PBO (Packed by owner) if done so.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our moving company is able to perform almost any local, long distance, office , or place of business moves. For the past two years we have performed each these moves on a multitude of occasions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is allowing the customer to feel at ease knowing all the stress that comes with moving is off their shoulders. Often times our clients are also in the middle of finishing up their new home they are moving into and they have a number of tasks to remember. With us you can be assured your move is being handled by professionals leaving you to tend to other responsibilities you may have.
What training do you provide your crew members?
At Phoenix Pro Movers we place all new employees in a four week training program that sees them paired with an experienced mover. After the four weeks is over the experienced employee, along with management, determine whether or not the new hire is a good fit for the program. Periodic training is also conducted on a as needed basis for moves that present new or more complicated instruction.
