Easily the worst movers ever. The job was not completed. They did not load the piano, which is the main reason I hired movers in the first place. They sent two guys who were dreadfully slow. They put gouges in my hardwood floor and the walls on the stairwell. We close on this house on Friday and I'm certain that the new owners are going to make me repair the floor. To be fair they did adjust my final bill, but it never should have come to that. I would not use WMLS or hire a Helper again.

Broke most of our furniture!!
One worker was filing in for the so called professional mover/packer. This company has the worst service. Had to repack our entire PODs and they broke and ruined most of our furniture. They also did damage to door ways and carpet.
They cost us money!!! When we called the owner to ask for assistance and explain our issues. He threatened to pull the guys off the job. He also threatened us. Do Not Hire this company!!

Antonio, Ben, and Andrew were fantastic! They showed up exactly as agreed and had a professional appearance and demeanor. Super friendly and respectful, we did a walk-through of the job and they estimated the actual time it would take to within a few minutes. Our pods were packed with extreme care and maximum use of space. Would definitely hire these folks again (as for Antonio, Ben and Andrew - they really were great).

They go out of their way to get everything you need, even in busy times. They all work hard, they show up on time, they know how to move properly and pack properly, and they listen to special instructions. I would absolutely recommend them again for packing and/or moving. And I would use them again. I have used others and there is no comparison! 5 stars!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After a client books with us we put you on our schedule and then we always call the client as the move gets close and confirm the details of the move to make sure that we fully understand the scope of the work to be performed. It's very important that we are on the same page with our clients and so we have learned through the years what the most important questions are to ask and facets of the move to go over with our clients.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When it is move day for our clients we always call our clients when we are on our way to let them know we are on track for the move. We know how stressful it is to move and so we do everything we can to decrease the stress of our clients and this is one way we do that so they know they don't need to worry about us not showing up.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It's very important that the client be as prepared for the move as much as possible to make sure that the move will go smoothly. The more packed up all the small items that need to go in boxes the faster the move will go which will end up saving you money on the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped nearly 5,000 moves since our company was founded in 2013. We have come across many types of situations over the years. We mostly do residential moves with standard household items. We have loaded and unloaded a great many POD's, ABF containers, U-pack cubes, U-haul trucks, Penske trucks, and Budget trucks for local moves and interstate moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love that we get to be the hero's of the moving world. We believe that we make a huge difference in the lives of the people in our community by providing the best possible customer experience to meet and exceed our clients expectations. We really feel like we show up and save the day by relieving the stress of our clients on a very stressful day of their lives and as we all know stress kills so we think we are saving lives :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have developed a 100 page training manual for our movers that we methodically keep track of where they are on their training. We also make sure that we are putting the new movers on the more simple jobs at first until they gain more experience. most of our movers have been with us for years and so they are very experienced and can handle most any situation that comes their way. The newer movers we always pair up with the experienced guys whenever they are on the more complicated and larger moves.
